The Appraisal Process

1. The property to be assessed is viewed and inspected.
2. An appraisal sheet is completed and a minimum of two photos will be taken to show the item as viewed.
3. Analysis of the property begins. The analysis will encompass a review of the appraisal sheet, photos taken of the property, auction results, industry periodicals, and consultation with companies who sell related new and used.
4. Reconciliation of all information gathered, evaluate and determine values.
5. Completion of a Schedule ‘A’ which includes a full description of each item with values and photographs in numerical order.
6. A cover letter, summary report, Schedule 'A', my CV, and a letter of certification is packaged.
7. After receipt of payment for our services, the documentation will be delivered to the requesting party.
