The Expander Pin System was invented in 1955 in Sweden; it is a well proven and a permanent option to welding and line boring.
The system is widely used on excavators, crawler tractors, compactors, motor graders,
articulated dump trucks, rock trucks, wheel loaders, feller bunchers, processors, yarders,
drills and any other application where there is a pivoting or articulating joint that creates
ear lug & pin wear. Most Expander applications can be changed in the field, eliminating
the cost of low-bedding the equipment back to the shop and reducing costly down time.
